This restaurant has SO much potential. the food was very good, waitress was not well versed in offering wine with entree, pepper with salad etc. She was very friendly and tried hard. The restaurant only had two other tables occupied but the guests were very loud (not the restaurant's fault)! They need to advertise their updated menu from years ago. It is now, lighter, healthier and very good. I recommend the Caesar salad and linguine with clams!

Great shrimp cocktail. Amazing guacamole. Fantastic brunch entrees. We had many drinks, and they were all great. Best of all, Jeremiah, really took care of us, was very attentive, a lot of fun, and really cute. Can’t wait to come back!

Food was wonderful…. Sushi rolls spectacular Lobster roll as good as you get… service was very good and attentive. Outside garden was lovely

We were there on a Monday evening and only 3 tables in the dining room were occupied! There is a new menu with a better selection of entrees and sushi.. The food was very good and Priced reasonably.. The owners need to do some heavy duty PR.

Lovely dining in the garden. All the staff was kind and professional - especially the concierge when we came in and Nolan who is the best ! Food was perfect and the house Bloody Mary should win an award. Relaxing, calm, everything a wonderful dining experience should be but in August in EH , so rarely is.

The Maidstone Hotel and restaurant is the best kept secret in all of the Hamptons. I love the photo are on the walls. The food is great. They even have a swing that lights up like the enchanted forest in the back lawn area. Next summer I am going to try staying at the hotel for a week. Staff is fun , helpful and stylish.
