   There always out of an entree from there special menu. 10oz NY Strip was 4oz of gristle and fat, skewers were rare on one end and burnt on the other. Watched a server take a piece of salmon from the cook and dropped it on the prep counter then scoop it up with her hand and a plate and put it on the salad. Our waiter was stretched between out side and inside dinning.

   Our server Trinity was fantastic! We had a fun night and it always makes a difference when you have someone like her to just enjoy it along with you! I love the skirt steak chimi, the bread and butter and you had my favorite red wine on your list! Good times and good food!

   The only good thing was our waitress, Angela. Food was overcooked and tasted burnt on the edges. Won’t be returning.
