   We were disturbed at the dining table on more than one occasion by someone who had drunk too much. Our table was close to the bar, it may have been better if it had been elsewhere in the pub. Plenty of food but a little over cooked.

   Friendly welcome and great service from start to finish. Food came out all together and was hot and plentiful. We had a lovely family get together for Christmas and would highly recommend

   Great atmosphere & good selection of food. We had an Indian starter and steak for our mains and overall very nice. Staff were efficient but not that friendly, although it was busy.

   I can’t recommend this place enough, staff are lovely nothing is too much trouble and the food is beautiful, great atmosphere and nice cozy setting

   As always food fantastic, fast service to bring out the food, could have done with being asked if we wanted more drinks as once we’d eaten we didn’t see anyone then and weren’t offered sweet menu or anything afterwards not that we could have fit a dessert in but would have been nice to be asked or if we wanted more drinks. Other than that though highly recommend food was lovely will be returning as love it here.

   In other resteraunts you have to wait for your designated server to appear, at the Malt House all the staff are serving you, this means you are always being served.

    our neighbour mentioned they had a nice meal here recently so we thought we’d give it a go for my daughters birthday. so nice to go out for a meal where the welcome was genuine, staff were really friendly and smiling, efficient, checked up on us to make sure everything was ok but we’re t pushy, drinks and food served promptly and was well presented and hot. prices were also good and lots of choice. we will definitely return and that’s something we haven’t said for a long time!
