Went for Easter Weekend special lamb roast. Lamb was well done, but still very moist. Also tried some of my friend's chicken, again very juicy with a nice spice rub on the skin. Lamb came with a delicious herby sauce rather than gravy or mint sauce (I hate mint sauce), which I loved. And the chicken with a creme fraiche and sweet corn sauce. Both roasts were served with fresh buttery minty peas (not overcooked) and roasted / crushed / crispy new potatoes.
If you want the comfort of a roast with a LOT more interesting flavours, I highly recommend. Also good size portions - we were all completely full.
We didn't have desserts, saw the table next to us order and they looked great. My friend had a bloody Mary which they only do on Sundays, and she said it was excellent.
Will be back to try the rest of the menu soon! Thank you

All I can say is - wow, wow and well done
Wen there last night for a fanrtastic dinner with a friend.
Nothing better than going to a place where its not stuffy, fussy but you get greart food and service and ambiance.
You get all three of thosde working together and you have what I call the trifector - the superpower that many places cant get right.
Working in unison the moon has got this prefectly.
Thank you so much, Will 100% be back.

The food here is exceptional. The vibe is a little quiet and I think there could be more consistency in service (sometimes slow, but always friendly) and the entertainment (sometimes there’s a DJ on a Sunday, sometimes there isn’t). Even so this is my third time visiting purely for the food and I will be back again!

Unfortunately we had a terrible Sunday roast here - it looked nothing like the pictures on Instagram and they had limited ingredients for drinks! Everything had run out. The staff were great, but overall, terrible food and drinks. Such a shame because every other night I've been it's been great!
