   This was our first experience a Mauryas - they opened 7 months ago, but we hadn't heard about it. The staff went above and beyond to set up a table for us to be in the main dining room, provided extras that were not on the bill like preappetizers , prosecco and a birthday dessert. The food was incredibly good - we ordered off the Elevated Indian menu. They are able to accomodate parties of two, five, or up to 12-15! They also have an upstairs private dining/reception area, and a second dining roo which could be private or not. The service was overall exceptional. It is a short drive from Princeton center to the Forrestal Village where Mauyas is located - and parking is easy and free!

   The food and service were excellent. Very interesting choices and preparations. Would recommend the Indian risotto. The welcome drink and the rice chips were a great start.

   Great dinner experience. Kind and helpful staff. Great bartender. The food was amazing, beautifully presented and extremely good. I love the amount of choices though we ate mostly Indian food. I highly recommend Mauryas!

   Had a great experience, great courteous service, great ambiance and delicious unique ensemble of food. The waiters and waitresses were attentive, friendly and courteous, food took some time but was worth the wait. The only thing that they need to improve is their drinks, specially cocktails, if you are charging $18-20 for a cocktails, you really need a good bartender who knows how to make those. The cocktails are a big let down and really a waste of money. That’s the only drawback that needs improvement, rest are great.

   It’s really expensive what you get . Entree $35 chicken no rice on the side you have to pay $6 for rice and $6 for Naan . 20% tip is mandatory even your table is 2 people .food is good but not great .service was fair .

   second time of our visit and won't be the last. their Indian food is outstanding. it's not traditional but "modern American Indian" Wonderful flavors yet not too filling. the service is OUTSTANDING. We sat outside and our service was undoubtedly the vest server I can remember. he was attentive yet not overpowering. at the end of the meal he made a point of telling us how it was a true pleasure to wait on us. in a very, very genuine manner. I can't remember his name but maybe Marco. Just terrific.

   Excellent food and service.! They made sure we had everything we needed and helped us with our order. The butter chicken and the cilantro paneer appetizer were absolutely delicious. We had a very good time and enjoyed our lunch a lot! Definitely recommend for lunch or dinner for any occasion.

   A great experience with upscale Indian dining in beautiful Forrestal Village. A full service bar with some interesting cocktail names that I plan to try over the course of my subsequent visits.

    Lovely meal and ate outside to celebrate our anniversary. Great service and loved the idea of either and/or American or Indian food. We did a little of each. The staff was very attentive and the food was enjoyable, Liked the vegetarian options as well.
