Since 1853 The Metropolitan Hotel has been a landmark of the Melbourne legal precinct. Extensive refurbishment of the Ground Level space and the appointment of Chef Ben Brosca have breathed new life into the 160 year old pub.

Open from 7.30am, we serve Coffee supplied by Proud Mary and an assortment of Auntie Pegs Pastries, including the best Salted Caramel and Popcorn Doughnut going around! Or stop past on your way home to try one (or all) of our 12 beers and ciders on tap.

Ben's contemporary sharing focused menu will have you wanting to dine with us daily.

For those disinclined to share we have kept the old pub favorites and our authentic wood-fired pizzas.
