    This was a very disappointing experience. We went there for my husband's birthday. It was on a Tuesday. The menu option was limited which we already knew. However, after we ordered we were told that a few choices on the menu was not available anymore as they ran out of food. So we only had 3 things to choose from. This was extremely disappointing.

    We had a very fun time at the Monarch club, and met some cool people. The views are wonderful, and I enjoyed the three different balconies. We just had the board and some fries, both very good. And they make a pretty solid Old Fashion.

    They were so accommodating that they gave me a blanket to warm up. Obviously the drinks are great but… the service was next level… fuzzy blankets.

    The food items we wanted were not available and the food items we ordered didn't meet the expectation for the cost. However, The Monarch Club makes up for the food misses with the ambiance.

    Service was so slow - we waited 5 min at the door for the host to show up and waited at least 20 minutes after ordering for our drinks (restaurant was not busy, it was a Monday night). Drinks were overpriced and not anything special. There are incredible rooftop views but the drinks and services really tainted the whole experience.

    Horrible service. Was sat with no menus. Didn’t see a server for 15 minute. Didn’t get menus until 30 mins after our reservation time. Didn’t get our drinks (for 2 of us) for 45 mins.
