    I love coming here - one of our favorite places in the city for the spectacular views, inside and outside. Drinks are good, I had a glass of wine this time. The food was good but not great. The sausage and pear flatbread was quite dry, as was the carrot cake. The lamb meatballs were very good. Service was great!

    We samples the Monarch before a red wings game it was a perfect pre game quieter there is a beautiful roof top deck for photos and to enjoy a bite and sip fireside. The staff was fantastic it was a little chilly outside who they happily were able to squeeze us inside which so very appreciated. We will most certainly be back this winter and most definitely to catch a tigers game the views were fantastic.

    Lovely space that was totally ruined by a very loud group at the bar. We could not have a normal conversation, we had to yell at each other. Our server was amazing, drinks were delicious and the whitefish pate was very good.

    Loved the ambience and the service. A little noisy in some of the rooms. Sandra downstairs facilitated us getting to the Club with ease. Definitely plan to come back.

    Had reservation for a 4 top, made us sit at the bar. The party of 4 behind us in line had no reservation, seated them before us at a table! Food was mediocre at best. Overpriced!!!

    Visiting the city for the half marathon, I invited a long-time local who had not heard of or been to the club. They were pleasantly surprised, and said they would be coming in the future. Our server was wonderful, the views and space were fantastic, and the blankets for the chill were just the right touch. Drinks were fantastic and true cocktails, not too sweet unnecessarily. Can't wait to come back to the city to visit again. We visited at golden hour on a mid October day, so the fire put and Adirondack chairs were the perfect place to be.

    Gregory was our server, Sandra(?) host. Both were friendly and attentive. Gregory took care of us on an earlier visit some four weeks earlier and when we entered The Monarch on this trip, he recalled us and welcomed us back like an old friend. He is a true asset to your team.
