    It was okay. The server never introduced herself and we were missing part of the menu, which she tossed onto our table without a word. It took over 30min to get our drinks. I went to the restroom 10 min before and saw them sitting at the bar while she was delivering food to tables that got there after us. The food came out 5 min after we got our drinks. She said the kitchen was backed up but that was true she obviously didn’t care enough to apologize or really say she got busy with other tables. I guess it doesn’t matter because 20% is added onto the check anyway. We always leave extra but not today. Disappointed.

    We didn’t eat on the roof top. Only on drinks. The drinks took 30 minutes from ordering them to receiving them. 2 were beers and were told they were out of chilled glasses and the beer was warm. The view was very nice, but the service was poor.

    We went on a Saturday at 8:30pm. We had reservations. When we got there, there were a few tables open but they sat us right next to the entrance/hostess area in front of an elevator maintenance door. It took almost 2 hours just to get one drink and the bill. Nobody came to check on us in between ordering the first round of drinks, getting the drinks, and asking for the bill. I'm not sure if they were short-staffed that night or what but I was disappointed because I've been to Monarch before and the service wasn't ever amazing but it was faster than this. The cost of the drinks was not worth it.

    Such a beautiful space. Such an incredible mess. Never coming back. Told us they were out of clean plates. Brought us the wrong food. Inattentive, inaccurate and cold food. Very sad to see this tremendous space turn to a pedestrian experience. 20% added to bill without reason. Shameful is the word that comes to mind.

    Spectacular views of the city. We only had drinks; loved my Super Fly. Our server was exceptionally good ( sorry I don’t recall his name ). We brought our friends who were visiting from NYC…. Not easy to impress them but they raved about the experience.

    The view was amazing. I would rate the food just average. We had the lamb balls and they were overcooked. But the sliders were just all right. The service was slow and the server was not very attentive.

    Beautiful spaces, with great views! Outdoor options were exceptional-patio on every side of the building with gas fire at each. Food was superb and reasonable. The weather didn't cooperate very well-became very windy and brief rain shower-but cleared up soon and was a wonderful evening on the roof!

    We went Monday afternoon at 5pm. The waitress litteraly said to us, "Well you know how we run out of food from the weekend, let me go check on what we actually have"- Never came back.....or even to check on us with our 2 expensive drinks. In the end, No food and Just overwhelmingly lame.

    I was disappointed in the service I received this visit. I was seated & waited 30 minutes with no interaction from wait staff. I asked the busser to send over assistance. The waitress that eventually came was short & seemed uninterested in the party. I came to celebrate my birthday and was not at all satisfied with the treatment received.
