   Nobody asked our reservation and welcomed at the entrance. We sat dirty table and other tables were fulled dirty set up. Only 2 people were working at the restaurant. Orange juices were not fresh and food was not delicious.

   The waitress forgot about me - took 20 minutes to order then quickly got the food which was good but it took 35 minutes to get a coffee she water and wasn’t even offered water, I asked and was told it was coming. I know they’re busy but at least water with food should be faster than 35 minutes.

   I love the look of the hotel its very aesthetically pleasing, the Café does let the hotel down on looks if you see the rest of the areas. They were accommodating with our coats when we asked for a cloakroom, wish then had bag handles on the tables. The only annoying thing was the lack of service we had to ask them 3 times to take our order, lots of staff their but not paying attention if it was busy i completely get it, there was literally our table of 4 and maybe 6 other people in the café. We had to ask for Butter for the toast, jams sauces for full English, they looked at us odd when we asked for butter . Will be back again but perhaps for Cocktails only then breakfast. Just wish the cup and saucer matched the tea pot! my only bug bare,

   We were a family party, young to old. Our waitress was friendly, kind and helpful and we genuinely felt very welcome. The food was fresh and tasty, the cocktails excellent (perfect whisky sour!). Decor is beautiful everywhere and we all enjoyed a very relaxed lunch and agreed the place was just right. For me it ticks all the boxes and has an unrushed, easy-going atmosphere. Sadly none of us live in London, however when we visit the area it will definitely be our first choice.

   Set in my favourite hotel in London, the Other Kitchen is equally beautifully decorated, the live jazz was pleasant, the staff generally are friendly. It just took longer than expected for the food to be served and my main course came later than my friend's because it had not properly gone through to the kitchen. The food itself was well prepared, however. It was relatively quiet (bank holiday), at some point we were the only guests, though we were early - we did not mind that. Overall, would come back here just because the environment is fantastic.

   Great little find. Food tasted great but portion sizes are a little small. Live jazz in the background was a nice touch

    Not enough choice on the menu it’s neither one thing or the other 🤷🏼‍♀️ The only decent lunch dish pasta and prawns was not available You should serve all day breakfast if that’s what it is a café or add some other dishes Sandwiches ? Gourmet burger Chicjen ? Anything Doesn’t have to be complicated dishes Even afternoon tea .. I really loved the place and your staff are great 👍
