I really wanted to like this since I know the Wattis Rokm well and was happy they found a way to use it and open it up to the public. But for the entry price (which gets you an inconsistently poured glass of sparkling wine), you get the privilege of paying for even more overpriced drinks and snacks that are poorly made. The drink I ordered for intermission was made probably 20 minutes ahead of time with shards of ice that didn’t belong in the drink (served up). We had a high top table so were forced to stand for the entire hour we were there ahead of time and then watched as an assortment of waitstaff checked on every table except ours. Then once we were able to order something, the drinks came too late and then it was chasing someone down to get the bill in time to not be late for the concert, only to find we’d been charged for a drink that. alas, had never arrived. I honestly couldn’t have scripted how bad the service was for us if I’d tried - it felt like they were purposely trying to snub us at every turn and then create problems just so we’d have to spend more time resolving them. Such an utter disappointment. To think that I had my wedding reception there once upon a time. It seems management and operational changes have not been for the better.

Beautiful venue! A perfect spot to relax and enjoy a drink or small bite prior to a concert. Small but delicious selection of food including some vegan options. The banoffee pie in a jar was very tasty. The private bathrooms are clean and no line, which is in contrast to the main bathrooms. Definitely worth checking out whenever they’re open!

It was a nice treat for us. The location was very convenient, the food was good but a very small serving. I appreciate how easy it is to get into the performance also. I don't know if it is normally available to pay for entrance. If it is i will gladly pay.
