We are normally regular customers of Palm Cafe and have noticed the volume of customers today. It was packed. The food was much better quality wise. The leg of ham was juicy this time. The waitstaff was attentive but needs a bit more experience in listening when asked for something. One of the complaints in the food was there was no potato dishes on the menu. I did comment to my table about that and their response was that it was in the curry. Too bad I don’t eat curry. All in all best experience we’ve had at you establishment. Price wise a very affordable weekend brunch!!!

White dinner napkin with lipstick stain was a turnoff and disgusting! Food is good, but not great! Pleasant and cordial servers and employees. Overall experience was good

Today’s (25Aug2024) Sunday Brunch was enjoyable for my husband, daughter, and myself. Amazing food selection—DELICIOUS; staff (THANK YOU Ranilo aka Rany and Adrian, and Ms. Rebecca [ensuring that our meal was enjoyed]) was attentive and hospitable. Si Yu’us Maase 🌺

My family always enjoyed brunch at Palm Cafe , they pretty much have our favorites all the time. Always a great experience & staff is Shasta friendly & attentive .
