Was disappointed we were seated in the back room, which was darker and had much less ambiance for high tea. Expected more for the price and location.

Had a wonderful time with my 9 year old daughter. She found plenty of food she enjoyed and the waiter helped her select a tea she also enjoyed. Wonderful way to kick off the holiday season and we definitely created a core memory.

The gentleman who took care of us was very helpful and polite. The food and refreshments were in a wide variety of and abundance. The harpist played beautifully, and environment was very pleasant. We’ve decided to make this a healthy family tradition.

The Palm Court is a classic beautiful venue to enjoy afternoon tea with an assortment of beautiful sandwiches, trinkets and snacks. A harpist plays beautiful music every half hour. I would recommend everyone to come check out this place.

Holiday tea at The Drake is a wonderful tradition however the service this year changed my opinion for the worse. Chaotic and bickering staff. Food served well before tea, chasing down water, tea and food refills and finally waiting on the check for 30 minutes after asking twice. Servers regarded us like we were at a TGIFridays. This was not a refined experience worth $100 a person.
