I had tea at Palm Court years ago and the experience was delightful. Today, the experience was not the same. Our server rushed us and then was inconsistent in checking on us. The food was mediocre as some was dry, one of the pastries was burnt and much of it was tasteless. Maybe it was an off day as the holidays are winding down. I will try tea again in the future.

First I want to say we have been going to the Open Holiday tea for over 25 years. We were still delighted for this year's experience. The room felt more crowded than previous years. We still had a wonderful time with great service.

I had such an amazing experience with my daughter. The service was great and the ambience was perfect. If your plate is emptied they will give 1 round of seconds and you are able to take home. Highly recommend!

A beautiful environment for afternoon tea. We were seated right in front of the harpist for an even better birthday experience! Javier provided excellent service as well.
