    We had to wait a little while to get seated, but it was worth the wait! Our server Dominic was spectacular - very helpful, made great suggestions and very attentive! 5 stars for Dominic. The food we had was served at a great pace and delicious! Highly recommend The Palm!

    We are a party of 17 from all around the world sharing Christmas Eve's Dinner at The Palm. The food was OK not superb: steak and seafood were great but pasta and soup were lukewarm and average. Given the volume of work there was (the restaurant was full house), the servers stood out and were outstanding in how they kept a great attitude and a sense of humour while they served. Merry Christmas!

    It has been over 15 years since I last dined here. Reason was due to the inability to cook a steak properly. Decided to go back again and after dinner do some window shopping. Once again, they can't seem to cook a steak correctly. The center- cut filet was OVER COOKED to well-done (cut open in front of server and he volunteered to return it) and my rib-eye was a sirloin (didn't say anything as it was tasty and cooked a tad bit over medium but acceptable) The filet was returned within 5 minutes (filets that thick take longer than 5 minute to cook). Top was overcooked but center on point. The server, David, was spectacular and management was apologetic and made up for this. The restaurant was very slow even though the mall was busy. Not sure if we'll be back.

    Went for my 60th anniversary and everything was fantastic Jean-Francois was our server and was perfect The chicken Parmesan was the best I ever had
