    My date and I picked the Palm at the last minute for dinner prior to attending the Adele concert. Our server promptly brought us cocktails. She was great but our cocktails were weak. The bread was mediocre, the shrimp cocktail and the crab cocktail were both very good. I ordered the 14 oz. NY Steak, charred medium and it arrived overcooked. My date ordered the 8 oz. prime steak charred medium rare and it too was overcooked. His steak was actually cooked charred medium and mine was charred medium well. The manager came over and offered to bring me another steak. When it got to the table it was charred medium rare (undercooked and dry.) I took 2 bites and decided to take it home for my date’s dog. The server apologized for the steaks and said they comped us a round of drinks. We left the Palm and both commented how bad our meal was and that we had no desire to ever go back.

    Love, love The Palm at Caesars. It never fails. Consistently great food… Consistently great service. The manager at this location is awesome and is always available and talking to customers. Thanks for taking such great care of us!

    The Palm is always fantastic. If I'm traveling to a city where there's a location, it's a must go-to. This is the 8th one I've been to now. I had the fortune to get to go there two times on this quick trip. Steaks are always great, service is fantastic. Wait staff is courteous and attentive. I don't know what could be better about a dining experience. From the minute you walk in you feel welcome.

    Another incredible experience at The Palm! There is no better place for lobster and entertaining friends. We had to catch a show after dinner and we're rushing a bit. We shared how we needed to leave and we're able to still enjoy a great meal. I can't wait to return!
