    Marko was an excellent waiter. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was right. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. It was a great meal.

    Did not get a good server and it went down from there. Had to wait 5 min for menus, did not know there were specials (overheard another waiter offering to a table nearby), did not get the right drink from the menu assuring us it was correct (it wasn’t, as confirmed by the itemized bill), did not respect the hard stop time we communicated right away to catch the show, tried saying that splitting the bill was impossible (it wasn’t). This individual needs lots or training and motivation … or another job.

    Everything was perfect, as usual. Quality of the food & service was outstanding. Brian, Josh and Salem are always attentive and exhibit a positive demeanor that advances a welcoming and inviting experience. Highly recommend The Palm West.

    Great dinner with prime rib, lobster bisque, &. caesar salads. Our server, Casandra, was gracious and personable and went above & beyond to ensure we enjoyed our birthday celebration. There was glitter and a birthday note on the table when we arrived and candles and cake to end the meal. So happy we chose the Palm! Thank you!

    I usually visit the Palm in every city there is one. I filled this one was maybe not the best service was OK not more. I should’ve stuck with the stick. Lobster gnocchi were plain and seabass was normal.

    Felt the dinner was on the high price end and food was average. A very busy place. Wait staff was fine and they did provide a nice bday celebration card and glitter on table.
