The Peached Tortilla has created a unique Austin dining experience that features the best of modern Asian comfort food with a Southern twist. Over the years, we have grown from a single food truck to multiple brick and mortar restaurants, a full-service catering company, a venue space, and an airport unit. We are proud to offer a unique dining experience at our newest restaurant in Cedar Park. Some of our most popular menu items include the Charred Brussels (tossed in a sichuan peppercorn peach glaze), Southern Fun (wok fried wide rice noodles tossed with brisket & bean sprouts), Dan Dan Noodles (five spice pork in a sichuan peanut sauce) and Taco Trio (paying homage to our food truck roots). Our location in Cedar Park features a large bar, booth & banquette seating, and a patio that is conditioned for the winter & summer.

Great spin on fusion cuisine. We came for Sunday brunch. I had the chicken sandwich with the added egg, and it was spot on. I tend to like spicy, flavorful food so if that is your thing this is your spot. Nice to see better culinary options coming to the north side of town. I plan on coming back soon.

We went to dinner with our baby and the food was excellent but the staff in particular were amazing. I highly recommend both the arancini as well as the Southern Fun(I think it was called that). Beware though as the latter one is quite spicy and is enough food for 2-3 people!

If you like Asian Fusion food then this is a perfect place to dine. Service was excellent, food presented in a pleasing manner and comes exactly as described. The Brussels sprouts as a starter were flavorful with a little kick. Many of the food options are spicy but the server is helpful.

Fantastic menu, We had the Fish taco (the best excellent), Chicken Curry (most flavor) and the Dan Dan noodle which had a spicy kick, The best fusion food in Cedar Park and very friendly staff
