   We just love it here and they never disappoint! We had the french onion soup - the best and an amazing grilled cheese with salad. Perfect for a grey Sunday afternoon and can't wait until the patio opens!

   Ambiance was fantastic, beautiful atmosphere. Server was amazing, very kind and attentive. And the beer and wine was excellent. But…we had the mussels, the flavours were very good but they had a slight fishy smell, the Shepards pie had a tangy/sour profile that masked all the other ingredients. The chicken korma had a similar tangy/sour profile, but was somewhat better than the Shepards pie. We would go back and give it another try due to the ambiance and the staff and hope it was just an off night with respect to the food.

   The host was fantastic. Kids running around the entire time which made it loud and distracting. Server never mentioned anything about the specials or soup of the day. Felt rushed at times re clearing the table. The food was great, both taste and presentation.

   Kids running laps in the dining room, maybe they should introduce happy meals and colouring books. Not my kind of “nice evening out”. Apps were great. Everything else was very average.
