Such a waste of money. Went for Thanksgiving dinner where the meal was $90 per person. Almost every dish was a miss - dry hard focaccia bread, watered down pumpkin soup, dry turkey, and chewy lean cut rib roast. “Sides” included gravy, cranberry sauce, and stuffing cubes. On top of that, service was extremely slow although it didn’t look like the place was even half full. I usually have no issue with automatic gratuity but the service we received was nowhere near that. Also, it was not clear that the buffet was only for lunch on open table, so we booked thinking it is offered all day. Based on how the food tasted, we have no interest giving this place another try for regular dining.

What a wonderful restaurant, live music with a singer, and a table for 5 just close enough. Several stations, as it was Thanksgiving. Salads, pastas, great veggies and excellent turkey, roast beef and porchetta. Delicious desserts. And wonderful wines, all included. Excellent and attentive service from all staff, a great start to the Holidays. Enjoy!

The service was excellent. The food choices were good. I think offering an option without wine would be more appealing and later seating for Thanksgiving dinner.

We went there for SF week to try it out. Appetizers were good, our main was just slightly odd as we got the lamb shoulder which was essentially a huge piece of meat with tiny garnishes and without any sides or vegetables. Desserts were fine, but nothing special. Cocktails were unfortunately not good. It didn’t feel like the service experience matched up with the already included 20% tip. This experience has made us not want to come back.

The food was decent, particularly a tarragon-forward stone fruit burrata on toast. Entrees were hearty and luscious, if a bit indelicate for the price point. Weirdest thing was the lighting. With the bright lobby and dim restaurant lights it felt like we were eating in the dark, on a perfunctory stage set. They should turn up the chandelier lights or look at some kind of curtain dividing the restaurant from the hotel lobby. Then there was the service, which was idiosyncratic and obviously didn’t know which way it wanted to go between being a lobby bar (order incrementally, focus on drinks and shared plates) vs being a restaurant (order a meal upfront and customer expects service with timing). The team were personable and friendly and I feel for them with the format of the place. It did look like the back room had better lighting so maybe if dinner guests were seated there and the lobby was treated more as a bar, it would work better. But the lighting and color story are still hella problematic.

Enjoyed an excellent lunch in a very beautiful setting. This hotel's dining area has several different size rooms and very comfortable furniture. Great for a business lunch or group. Service was very good as well. It was our second visit - last time was for dinner - and just as good.
