A destination itself, the Public House stands out in Times Square restaurants. Sophisticated yet welcoming, the Public House is an upscale eatery, serving new and traditional Irish-American fare. The menu is inspired by the light and refreshing flavors found along the west coast of Ireland, highlighting local produce, fish and meats where possible. Our chef takes a sustainable approach to his food and insists on only the freshest options. The bar boasts a 24 tap tower of craft and traditional draft beer. The drink list features refined classic cocktails and vast selection of high end spirits. The Public House at Merrion Row is perfect for both guests and locals alike. With food, drink and company this good, you may stay all day. When you do part ways with us, you’ll go home with warm memories and new friend

Great little place. It’s tough getting a sit down restaurant in December with a group of people. I made a reservation this time and I’m so glad I did. We had the room to ourselves! The staff were wonderful and the food was good. Easy for anyone to find something to order. Price was affordable. We will definitely return and recommend to anyone. It was a very pleasant experience. So glad I found this place.

Went in before a show at the Lyceum and it was perfect. The cocktails and food were very tasty, as well as the pace of the meal was good. Felicity, the server, was lovely and very accommodating!

Always a wonderful experience. A quiet spot for elevated food options away for the Times Square chaos on a weekend. The staff are amazing!

Very nice dining experience in a great location for anyone going to the theatre. We ate on a Tuesday night which may have been why the restaurant was quiet but the ambience was very enjoyable. Our servers were attentive, courteous, and made us feel at home. The shepherds pie is solid though not spectacular. There was a salmon special that was excellent. The mini lamb chops are a nice way to start. All in all a very nice place for a casual dinner.
