   Food was great but the service was lacking. Told the host about a birthday and then they forgot. Our server almost never checked on us and then forgot to bring us things when asked and had to be reminded a couple times. Bussing service was good so we still tipped well.

   I ordered the mussels and I think they had gone bad, I spit the first one out immediately it is not worth getting sick over please make sure to eat quality seafood

   From the start of seating to the ease of ordering through a very considerate and communicative server, Blake was such a pleasure and fun staff member to host my birthday dinner. He led us through an amazing culinary journey and represented the chefs’ and restaurant’s vision very well. The manager, Emily, checked in with our table multiple times and was very pleasant and welcoming! The space was lively and very family oriented with communal tables throughout, yet also had high tops that lent a more private dining experience. I would highly recommended Publican as they are very thoughtful with respects to detail in service and menu offerings.

    Publican is never a disappointment. We had guests in from out of town and this was the first place we wanted to bring them just because we knew it would impress. Food is always incredible and interesting and the service (Gio in particular) is phenomenal! 🤍
