    High marks for the Publican Sunday Supper seres. From the greeting at the front entrance through out the entire meal, just outstanding service . Wonderful men ( Rosso buck nite) delivered by Amelia with attentive but never intrusive service; as well as others taking care of us throughout the meal.

    Burger came out lukewarm warm and was average. Out of rodenbach Grand Cru Service was slow and it was not busy. Very average.

    We had eaten dinner at The Publican many times, but this was our first time having brunch. We shared sweet and savory dishes including the waffle, the shrimp and grits, and chicken schnitzel. All were delicious! A side of PBQ breakfast sausage was tasty, too. I highly recommend checking out this spot for brunch.

    food was excellent..."holiday hash" just the best, add the PQB / Greg Wade baked goods along side a fresh mug of coffee...we did not want to leave!

    Everything was amazing. Food was delicious. Service was exceptional. We try to hit the Publican every time we visit Chicago. We will definitely be back.

    Have been coming here for years, the service was real bad today. We brought our well behaved young son, not sure if this was why? Server didn’t offer drinks when he came to the table, didn’t even greet us, just asked if we “had enough time with the menu”. I asked if we could have some drinks first (lol). Finished our drinks half way through, he never asked or offered another. Our empty dirty plates sat on our table for no joke 30 mins, I started stacking them up (lol). He didn’t return for at least 20 mins when we were trying to wrap up. We considered dessert to go, but were never offered - we had to ask what desserts they had. Not to be bougie but this is a nice restaurant that charged me nearly $200 and service was pretty dang bad honestly. Food was pretty good.

    This restaurant always feels like home and over delivers. I have been there for family get togethers, graduations and fun date nights. Tonight was another wonderful experience and long last memory. Thank you for the wonderful service and delicious food!!
