   I ordered the mussels and I think they had gone bad, I spit the first one out immediately it is not worth getting sick over please make sure to eat quality seafood

   From the start of seating to the ease of ordering through a very considerate and communicative server, Blake was such a pleasure and fun staff member to host my birthday dinner. He led us through an amazing culinary journey and represented the chefs’ and restaurant’s vision very well. The manager, Emily, checked in with our table multiple times and was very pleasant and welcoming! The space was lively and very family oriented with communal tables throughout, yet also had high tops that lent a more private dining experience. I would highly recommended Publican as they are very thoughtful with respects to detail in service and menu offerings.

   Publican is never a disappointment. We had guests in from out of town and this was the first place we wanted to bring them just because we knew it would impress. Food is always incredible and interesting and the service (Gio in particular) is phenomenal! 🤍

   It took 45 mins for us to get ONE very mediocre corned beef sandwich at $17. The sandwich was comped (we didn’t ask, they acknowledged the delay). But even if not comped it wasn’t worth it. The rest of the food and drink however was 9/10!

    Food tasted great, but was incredibly slow and our group of four’s entrees came out 20 minutes apart and irregularly cooked (my “runny eggs” were hard cooked). The server did his best to rectify the situation and the staff took a salad and pastry off our table but the experience overall was disappointing.
