    First I listed my reservation as a birthday dinner no one said one word from hostess to server. Second the elevator was out since 11 am but didn’t call for repair and we had to walk 3 floors to get to our table. Food was horrible ordered a Cobb salad, no dressing was on it blackened shrimp was cold had to wait 10 minutes for dressing. My wife ordered ice tea and ask for a second glass but had to wait 20 minutes because they had to brew another batch. I have been to this restaurant 5 times but will not go back. Really bad evening.

    Atmosphere and the river view were fantastic. Johnny, our waiter, was great. Service was excellent. Chef Ben and the kitchen stall are to be commended for the quality and taste of our entrees. Pricing was reasonable given the level of cuisine served at this establishment. Look forward to our next visit to the Pump House!

    Great experience! My meal included crab cakes, truffle fries, pork chop (entree) and the sweet cornbread! 10/10! Great customer service! The manager came to my table and asked how is everything. I will be returning back soon! Thank you Pump House!

    We’ve been to the Pump House many times and always have a great experience. We were there last night and I ordered the crab stuffed trout. Unfortunately, it was dry and over cooked. Pump House recovery was amazing - they offered to bring another entree immediately and when i passed they comped the meal and delivered free coffee and dessert. Anybody can have an off night, but there recovery is really what stood out for us and will ultimately bring us back!

    Great experience! Food was amazing. We sat outside on the upper deck (floor 3), great view of the river, very peaceful. Fans were blowing, so it wasn’t too hot. We had a short rib and ribeye plates. Very delicious. The cornbread with the peach butter is amazing. A hidden gem for us.

    Our server, Johnny, was fantastic. Friendly, not in a rush, and he knew all about the menu (front and back). Could not have asked for better service. The food was abundant and absolutely delicious!
