   The dining experience is very straightforward. You walk in, direct yourself from the elevator into the main dining area, and wait to be seated. The menu options are indeed unique full of options, and the staff are incredibly attentive to making sure that you are taken care of. The view outside is average depending on where you sit, so understand that it may not always be a great view on where you decide to be. Overall, the dining experience was great and the environment was engaging, so give it a shot!

   The Pump House was a pleasant surprise. After a long day at Quail Hollow, the unique, upscale restaurant offered a wonderful selection, superb service, & an awesome view

   The service, Travis our waiter, was excellent. The food was average. Probably not a good example of their menu. It was a prix fixe meal which equated to banquet food. Great cornbread.

   $45 per person on a fixed menu for selections not worth half that. Also, charging $5.50 for a single espresso. Price gouging is an understatement!!! Attendees beware!!

    We thoroughly enjoyed Mother's Day brunch at The Pump House. First, the view is spectacular- I love water so I found it very calming to be able to look at the water while eating. The food was outstanding. I had the She Crab soup, lobster omelette, and the lemon cake. All were so delicious. Our waiter, Cameron, was very attentive and very personable. One of the managers came over to make sure everything was okay-always a nice and appreciative to do. We have been meaning to go here for years and finally got a chance. We will definitely be back for a dinner and next year's Mother's Day.
