Food was fab I had yule burger with the roasties and gravy , but roasties came dry as a bone . Although they were nice , a pour over of gravy would have been nice, having said that food was great , but it is the little things that make a good meal a great meal.so gravy on the roasties please

Was a busy night but service was very slow. After 40 minutes had to go and ask for our order to be taken. Food was nice but very salty.

Booked a table between 15.00 and 17.00, forced from the table at 16.45 to allow a booking at 17.15 to be seated, disappointed as it would only take 5 minutes to clear the table, staff were quite abrupt once we had paid the bill for food which is disappointing as they were all lovely until they wanted the table back.

Hi Paul, My apologies for the negative end to your positive booking. For context, Saturday was our busiest day of the year, therefore we needed to be very tight with our timings. I believe we managed to seat you 15 minutes before your booking as you were early, the following booking were similarly timely for their 5pm timeslot. We tried to avoid guests waiting for a table if possible, the next table were seated as soon as you vacated your table. On a slightly quieter afternoon we would have endeavoured to find you another table if you weren't quite ready to depart but unfortunately that wasn't possible on this occasion. However even if we do need to move people along it should always be done with the utmost care and respect so I can only apologise that wasn't your experience.

Brilliant fun playing the darts, great food whilst doing so and everyone enjoyed themselves 100% Great team building game and venue. Service outstanding. Highly recommend
