   I was really hoping to give my brother a birthday experience he could remember. He is never one to complain about anything but I could tell he wasn’t happy with his steak. He ordered medium and it was rare. I asked to have it cooked longer but when it came back it still wasn’t how he would have wanted it unfortunately. Nobody in our party of 5 thought the food was outstanding so when I got the bill I was a bit disappointed. I was looking forward to impressing everyone with their meals.

   This wonderful restaurant did not disappoint. 10/10 I definately recommend! There was a small wait… which was expected on a saturday night. However, the ambiance was great and not too noisy. My waitress was amazing and very knowledgable of the menu snd that helps a lot. There was no rush to order and My food was to die for. We will definately be coming back.

   They were very busy, and we had to wait almost 30 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. Drinks and food were excellent. I don't know if they overbooked or just bad luck with people taking forever to leave after eating but other than the long wait it was great.

   Amazing food, limited cocktail list and two servers covering our table of 4 that seemed to not work together such as taking drink orders.

   Beautiful restaurant definitely an upscale experience could be had. Price certainly is on the upper end. Service was ok or ...meh. Ordered NYStrip and wife fillet. Strip was ordered MR and when it came it was MW. Wife's fillet was fine. Second steak brought out was charred on outside with a cold center. Finished meal and took steak home and cooked it properly. Rest of food and sides were very good. No offer to discount steak from manager who brought second one I didn't ask for one either. Expect more for a $70 al a carte steak.

    The service and food were very disappointing relative to the cost. We dined at the Reserve desiring a higher end dinner. In addition to drinks and an appetizer, we ordered two steaks, both medium, with side dishes served separately. The steaks were cooked very differently with one being close to medium and the other well done. We had multiple servers (as would be expected at a restaurant like this) yet it took a long time to even get someone’s attention to the issue. The staff agreed it was over-cooked. The issue we had was that by the time a new steak was served, all the other food was cold (mostly the side dishes). Others at the table tried to be polite and wait to eat or ate slow so ultimately everyone ended up with cold food. It would have been convenient if they requested the temperature was checked when the steaks were delivered rather just setting them down and basically running away. Another option would have been they could have offered to heat up the side dishes. There are many other nice restaurants in the area with great food and service that I would recommend going to before the Reserve.
