THE RESTAURANT
Our beautiful upstairs bar previously known as The Attic will be your primary destination for Dining at Salish in 2024 while we renovate our Dining Room.
The Restaurant at Salish Lodge & Spa provides a first-of-the-season experience. Our menu features Pacific Northwest cuisine with flavors that sing the virtues of local and homegrown, using the best ingredients and refined cooking techniques.

Come in for our Country Breakfast, a Salish Lodge tradition featuring four courses, including our famous steel-cut oats and the iconic Honey from Heaven™ service where honey from our hives is poured from high above your plate onto house-made biscuits.

Select from an extraordinary line-up of creations using first-of-the-season locally sourced ingredients for an unforgettable meal. Join us and create your own wonderful memories with family and friends. Advance reservations are required for The Restaurant.

We had both brunch and breakfast at the restaurant. Burgers for brunch; huge pancakes and a classic breakfast earlier. The burgers were large with a giant serving of fries. Wonderful biscuits with "honey from heaven" were served along with our breakfasts. All excellent!

Nice place to eat even though the main dining room is being remodeled. The service was excellent, the food good and the location at Snoqualmie Falls is very cool. The falls were flowing strongly today, making for beautiful views and photos. I recommend this restaurant.

Restaurant was under renovation so they are serving in their lounge/lobby area, so no view. Food was outstanding our server Isaac was exceptional. Gets a little loud in there because it’s next to chk in but we sat next to their fireplace and had a very nice breakfast .

Awesome venue, so glad to be back after 5 years. From seating to welcome drink thru amuse-bouche and combining 5 appetizers to feed 2, to the amazing cocktails and the birthday bite, everything we remembered and wanted. Outstanding staff, brilliant menu items, and amazing value for the money. Will be back again and again as time and schedule permit! <3 <3 <3

Husband thought the waitress was a bit of a helicopter, but I didn’t find that to be true. At times, it was very loud in the restaurant. To the point you had to raise your voice to talk to your companion across the table from you. I understand this is a temporary arrangement until the dining room is done and I think that’s a good thing. As a mobility challenged person, getting to the dining room was a bit unexpected. It was a bit further than anticipated but at least we avoided stairs. Prices were inline with rising costs in everything. Staff was very gracious and kind and attentive. Will probably be back next year for our anniversary again.

This was our annual birthday veterans day party of 3 brunch at Salish. Julia was wonderful; very attentive and friendly. Even with all the construction going on, the staff did a great job in seating us and serving us. Drinks were great (cocktails: blood orange mimosa, a very yummy mule, and bloody mary), the food was delicious (started with cups of clam chowder). I would skip the dutch baby as it was a bit soggy on the bottom (that's the best I can describe it), though the side greens were very good with a light vinegar-y dressing. Others at the table ordered the fish and chips which were great, but heard one in my party say she wished the fries were a bit crispier (as they place the fish on top of the fries - which most restaurants do). Overall, as usual, we had great service and food. Julia even brought me slice of birthday cake to celebrate.

Our waiter was fantastic and kind. They treated us very nicely on our honeymoon. Now because they are renovating their dining room the food took a while to come out, but they did their best to make sure we were happy and content. Also the clams with sausage were phenomenal. If I wasn’t in a restaurant my immediate reaction would be to lick the plate clean.
