   We arrived early to our reservation and were politely greeted by the host who told us our table would be ready soon. After a short wait we were seated at 8 on the dot and they offered to take my winter coat for me which was perfect. We were quickly greeted by our outstanding waitress Bella. We went on Valentine’s Day so the menu was limited but everything that we ordered was phenomenal and came out at the perfect times, not too quick but also not no long that we felt like we were waiting for our food. The presentation on all of the dishes was amazing and every aspect of the dishes were prepared perfectly. The food was pricy but it was all worth it as it was truly a high end dining experience that still felt accessible. The crust of one of the desserts was a bit hard to eat with a spoon but that’s just me being incredibly picky since there’s nothing else bad to say about Embers. I’ve never been to the hotel but the restaurant is enough of an experience to justify going. I also appreciated that there was guest parking so close to the hotel. All of the staff that I interacted with throughout the night were professional, kind, and more than welcoming. Once again thank you to Bella for taking care of us, it was an absolute pleasure and you were very knowledgeable about all of the dishes.

   Food was delicious only problem was we wish we had more! They did check on us a lot which I guess is good but it got to be a lot and a little excessive other than that was great would go again.

   First time dining at this newish hotel in Blowing Rock. Beautiful room with a real wood burning fireplace. A fairly small menu could use more appetizer choices. Cocktails were awesome. Wine list good with plenty offered by the glass. We both splurged on the filet which was amazingly tender and beautifully seasoned. Best restaurant steak I've had in a long time! Service was a little spotty at times...minor things really but warm and welcoming. We will definitely return!

   From the finely blended cocktails, the gorgeous charcuterie board, the luscious steak with the fabulous potatoes and the out-of-this-world salmon, this dinner was unsurpassed. Every staff member was gracious, kind and on point.

   The appetizers were good, main courses had nice presentation but were too salty & not all cooked to order. Service not up to the competition and struggled sometimes. Better options in the area at this price point.

   Pleasant overall experience but noisy and very slow. Long wait for food and cocktails. Great high top table by the window. Yummy Bloody Mary made in-house. Friendly staff.

   Wait staff was great. Food, especially salads, very good. Our third time for us and the service and food very consistent will certainly go again.

   Service was great, very personal. And food was delicious. Kitchen didn’t hesitate to make substitutions and modifications to accommodate our requests. All 6 of us were impressed. George, the manager, very hands on and Grayson, our waiter, most attentive. Thanks, guys! See you again soon.

    Breakfast was delicious. Our waitress was so kind and attentive. Also the hostess was so nice. We went back at night to bar, where we encountered one of the very best bartenders ever. She was amazing! Excellent drinks and so friendly.
