   Booked a reservation a week in advance. Sent me 2 confirmation texts, including “Thanks! You're confirmed. See you soon.” 30 minutes before reservation. Arrived and was told that there was a private event. No apology for a) having open reservations online b) allowing a booking to go through c) sending a confirmation of the reservation. Claimed they called.

   Did not honor reservation we had due to an event. If you're going to host events and not serve food, block off reservations

   Simple Irish Menu. Too many potatoes for my taste. Irish stew was tasty, but 80% potato and three bites of meat. Giant potato wedges, with one thin piece of fish in the fish and chips, again tasted fine, just overwhelmed by potato.

   Stephanie was our server. Very flat affect. Did not make us feel like valued customers. Didn’t provide good feedback regarding what was popular, seemed like we were bothering her with our questions as it was our very first time. The narrative on Open Table states that a gratuity is automatically added to parties of 6 or more. We were a party of 4 and it was added to our bill. When we questioned the manager we were provided with a flyer that stated during the holiday season the gratuity is automatically added to all bills to help their “hard working” staff.👀 We had a server who DID NOT earn a 60.00 tip! Not to mention that should have been advertised PRIOR to us ordering. Especially since we were there on January 11th. The fact that they had not taken down their beautiful decorations is still not a justification to imposed an automatic gratuity. Lastly as my history on Open Table shows I have eaten at plenty of restaurants that spending 400 was well worth it. Spending 400 at the The Ridley House was ridiculous for the quality and service. Hope they enjoyed it because they will NEVER get it from us again.

   The dinner was delicious atmosphere was all grinch out for the holidays, which was really unique really enjoyed ourselves

   Food wasn’t great barely seasoned but restaurant itself was mesmerizing. The service could’ve been better we had to keep waving our server down.

   Our waitress Jessica was great and accommodating. The food was tasty and in abundance. However, the drinks available for brunch were limited and over priced. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for the season and worth a visit.

   Decorated nice but the place is dirty and the food was horrible! Everything from the appetizers to all of our meals, and even the grinch martini, terrible! Overpriced, Applebees is way better.

    We had an absolutely amazing, festive night last night. Food was great, service was great and atmosphere was amazing. 10/10 recommend! Thanks for a great time. We will be back!
