   I took my family there as my wife had seen online the decorations. We arrived and we were met by a gentleman who was then our server. He was very nice and tried. He sat us and I noticed the table was sticky as if it had not been cleaned properly. I then ordered drinks for my wife and myself and soup to start. I had to get m son from basketball and came right back. My wife and I didn't care for the soup. It was French onion. The cheese on the top did not taste like Mozzarella and the broth was very dark. I've never had that before! We were very limited to what we could order as I was told the grill was closing at 9. We had also nachos as an appetizer for the kids which the chips were really soggy. I had ordered fish tacos for my wife and my one daughter and then my son was ordering another type of taco and we were told they had none so he also ordered fish tacos, I had seen online a lobster sandwich and tried to order but to no avail. I then tried to order a crabcake sandwich to no avail. My youngest ordered a cheeseburger which did not taste good. The table water we could not drink. We spent 144 dollars and left a good tip as we did like the server. I had to go home and cook my dinner and some food for my family. The parking was horrible as there was an event being catered and I had to drive all the way down to the bowling alley to get around. Customers standing near door ways smoking was bad as well.

   We had to wait over 20 minutes for a 7:00 reservation. They brought me soup with no spoon and I had to wait for someone to walk by to get one. The waiter only came back once to see if we needed another drink. The food was just average for the price.

   We had a 6:30pm reservation and by 7pm were still not seated. I asked the hostess and she was unapologetic that there were still no tables available. We left and went to another restaurant.

   They were very kind and accommodating. We had a large group of friends and we all left happy. No complaints at all.

   The place was overwhelmed. Not enough workers. Promoted on social media and the news Christmas cocktails and were told they were too busy for that. The only reason we went was to check out the Christmas decorations they were promoting

   They were not ready for as many people and reservations they had. We had a reservation and had to wait 30 minutes after, we got sat at a table that no normal sized adult could sit at and we were not talked by any staff at the table for 10 minutes. We ended up leaving before anyone came to us. The table was so uncomfortable and the no service turn us away.
