Service excellent. I think if you have a big appetite it maybe wasn’t enough . Found cakes a little bit sweet and sickly. I don’t like nuts in cakes which I didn’t expect. The mock tails were lovely. Took some cakes home and were inedible when we got home as the box was too big so they were jumping around 😂.

Not the best afternoon tea, should have more savoury choices as most were vegetarian choices apart from the half tikka wrap too many cakes. We have eaten better afternoon tea at a less priced hotel.

The food and service were really good, it was let down with portion sizes, my partner and I both had the cod and thought the same it “it needed a few new potatoes or similar with it”
