   I have been there three times like in a month and I really wanted to take my husband on date night and we had a great time! The other two times I went with girlfriends and enjoyed myself too. Great food great service.

   We had a great date night we loved the red sangria my husband steak sandwich was a little tuff, and needed seasoned but overall nice place.

   I have dined at this restaurant for years. But tonight the worst experience I have had at a restaurant. The manager Taylor was inconsistent and seemed to not be able to properly manage reservations. When questioned about empty tabes that were better options for our 5:30 reservation, the hostess dismissed our concerns and proceeded to take us to a table at the very back of the outdoor area…past 4 (!) empty tables! Those tables sat empty for over 1 1/2 hours with wonderful views of the Halloween parade! When I confronted the manager, Taylor, I was told if didn’t like it to never come back. If this is the way my local restaurant feels about customers I don’t need to go back. Our local community has always embraced local businesses but this level of customer service is not what I would ever expect from our local village community. Based on this experience and the feedback from the manager, Taylor, I would never recommend this local village restaurant. It is clear to me the management at this restaurant is not concerned about its customers or increasing revenue.

   Hello Joe Grasso. Per our security camera video we have of you and your guest verbally assaulting our fantastic young local female manager ... And putting your finger in her face, while your friend had to physically remove you from the store ... I would say your actions were 100% unacceptable. My name is Chris, if you would like to ever have a face to face conversation with me about this situation, please let me know and I would be happy to explain to you the theory behind a reservation. When we have a table reserved, it its because someone made a reservation. So a table may seem empty, but it is reserved for an upcoming reservation. Let me know if you would like to see the security camera footage of your UN-acceptable behavior towards a young woman doing her job. Chris

   I love the Rockefeller in Hermosa Beach, but there is something about the Redondo Beach location that is just so bad. I decided to give it another try after 2 not so great experiences. We waited almost an hour for our food, had to ask the waitress 2 times for our chips and guacamole after we had been sitting for 45 min with nothing. When I finally got my Rock salad, all the lettuce was wilted. It looked like with had been sautéed. I couldn’t even eat it. Will not be going back. I’ll stick to Hermosa.

    It’s been a couple months since the last time I’ve been to a happy hour there, but I was a little disappointed in the portion sizes today. Everything definitely got smaller (ie Mac & Cheese, Rockefeller mess, etc). :( But the $2 Burger was tasty & filling so that was the saving grace!
