   Spent a wonderful Saturday evening at the Schoolhouse with my wife and 2 young daughters. The food, ambiance and overall service from the staff were all outstanding. A special mention to Germano for really going the extra mile to look after my family. It was greatly appreciated, and we will definitely be back soon as the food was also outstanding.

   Sat beside gas fire in nice setting. Good service. The only negative was both our rib eyes had excessive fat to the point difficult to eat and was no other steak option on menu. Overall a really nice experience and will return.

   Nice spot for dinner. Good atmosphere, service and food. Messy fries and wings were really good. I got the fish goujons and they fell short of expectations. The fish was fresh but I was expecting beer battered instead of breadcrumbs and it just made the meal look really cheap. Would go back again and order something different as all the food looked really good.

   A good spot . Very relaxed atmosphere, not too busy when we went on Friday evening. Good food and solid service and attitude.

   The reason why I gave a low star rating overall is because there wasn't any celiac options for my friend. When they suggested her getting a salad from the menu and they could take away a few of the toppings she was still charged the full wack of 19.95. I don't know if it was the manager but when we were at the till working out our receipt and what we owed he had no patience. He was the only one wearing a white shirt. He was nice to our faces but I caught him rolling his eyes at us and walking off in a strop when he thought I didn't notice. When ordering our food the waiter was polite but he came out three times to check our order again.

We do recall your request for a vegan alternative, which we aimed to accommodate by serving our popular salt-baked celeriac and apple salad. While we did exclude the blue cheese to meet the dietary preference, we increased the portions of other ingredients. Despite our efforts, we regret that it did not meet your expectations, and we apologise for any disappointment. Our team is dedicated to creating an exceptional dining experience for each guest, and regret if any interactions fell short of this standard.
