   My experience at Shady Lady was a mixed bag. On one hand, the food quality was definitely a highlight, especially the onion rings, which were probably the best thing we ordered all night. The flavors were well-balanced, and it was clear the kitchen takes pride in what they’re putting on the plate. However, the service was another story. It took almost two hours for us to get our food, which made the entire experience frustrating. We were on the brink of leaving multiple times because it simply took too long to see any dishes come out. Although the restaurant wasn’t overwhelmingly busy, the wait seemed excessive, and the staff didn’t do much to reassure us or offer updates on our order. If you have a lot of patience and aren’t in a hurry, you may find the quality of the food worth the wait. But for those looking for a more efficient dining experience, Shady Lady may not be the best choice.

   I loved how they accommodated my nephew with his high chair. The food was amazing & bottomless was definitely worth your $$

   The food was pretty average. The drinks were very good and it was a bonus that brunch included a cocktail. Unfortunately where I feel they fell short was in service. The restaurant was a quarter full and our lunch took well over an hour to come out.

   I was running 20 minutes late for my reservation and I messaged through open table to ask if that was ok. I received a message saying that it was fine and my table would still be available. I arrived and the gentleman who checked me in was extremely rude. He said my reservation was for 20 minutes ago and that I only had 5 minutes to order. When I informed him that I had messaged he said no you didn’t just sit down. My server was extremely pleasant any other issues I encountered once I was seated were handled very well

   Our server has been a number 1 experience both times. Wearing a Don Ramon shirt today was amazing. Knowledgeable about the menu. Responive to our need and funny. He is amazing.

   Food is a bit heavy. Servers are doing their best but the restaurant was severely understaffed on Sunday so service ended up being slow

    I had a work gathering, and it was great. The waiter was very nice and attentive. I had a frozen passion fruit drink that was pretty refreshing, not too sweet. We ordered a few appetizers that were really good, especially the fried calamari. I also had the fried chicken sliders, and they were amazing! I highly recommend this place for a chill spot with good food.
