Located on the 36th floor of the Ala Moana Hotel, The Signature Prime Steak & Seafood restaurant is the new home to a space known historically for memorable evenings with Oahu's most epic views.

Upon entering from the elevator on Ala Moana Hotel's top floor, each new diner will be enthralled by crystal chandeliers and live music played on The Signature's white grand piano. When it comes to choosing a table, the opportunities are endless: The intimate bar, piano lounge, vintage-style ocean view booths, an exclusive experience in our wine cellar, or any of our luxurious mountain room or ocean room tables.

    Overall - Great, The bone in prime could have been better. Seasoning provided was just plain table salt ( which i only use for garden snails ), pepper. Would have liked to have seen a better salt offered. Was just a try for me and I can do it better at home.

    My boyfriend and I visit Signature every year to celebrate his birthday, and each year, the entire team at Signature truly excels! Noa, Devin, and Jordan were exceptional! We can't praise them enough for the outstanding service we received at Signature. The experience was top-notch, surpassing all expectations with excellent attention to detail and amazing customer service. The list of praises could go on and on. Even the smallest details, like the birthday/celebration dessert, were simply amazing.

    Enjoyed our first visit. Started out a little noisy but as the evening progressed it started to subside. Love the ambiance. Waite Jordan and his asst bussing person (Haole young man) did an outstanding job with excellent service. Will spread the word. Mahslo nui

    Excellent service, wonderful menu selection & food cooked to perfection. Norman our server made our dining experience even more enjoyable. He took amazingly outstanding care of our every need and is indeed a true gem for Signature!!!!

    From the start, everything was first class. The ambiance was perfect, the service was excellent and the food was fantastic! The pianist was the icing on the cake! A great experience and the perfect place to celebrate my anniversary. Definitely coming back!
