    青く豪奢な天井の高い空間で、大阪が描かれた蒔絵を眺めながら飲むお酒は格別です。何度か来ておりますが、また行きたいと思います。

    とても雰囲気がいい。 ２人で紅茶を３杯いただいて、約１００００円かかりました。 夜になればチャージがかかるとは聞いていたけど、やけに高いなぁと思ってレシートを見たら、 ２人で行ったのに、３人分のチャージが取られていました。 とてもいいホテルだと思ったけど、このサービスは残念です。

    家族の成人式のあと、その日の午後にお邪魔しました。男性スタッフに案内されましたが、笑顔がなく｢いらっしゃいませ｣の言葉もほとんど聞こえませんでした。メニューを見て紅茶の種類で迷っていましたが、こちらがお聞きするまで説明はなく少し驚きました。 その他のスタッフの方は日差しがあるからとカーテンを調節して下さったり、家族の振袖姿を見て｢おめでとうございます｣と声をかけて頂いたりして丁寧でした。 紅茶、ケーキ、クラブハウスサンドを頂きましたが、どれも美味しかったです。吹抜けで居心地が良く、静かに会話と食事を楽しめる空間でした。

    雰囲気も最高で、ビュッフェとのことでしたので、食べ放題形式だと思っていたのですが、店員さんが運んできてくださる形で、量もちょうどよく美味しく頂けました。

    さすがはセントレジスとエスコヤマのコラボ、お料理も雰囲気も最高でした。久しぶりの友人とのティータイムを楽しく、優雅な気分で過ごすことができました。 7月に行った友人がビール等のウェルカムドリンクをいただけたと言っていたので、気合いを入れて30分前に行きましたが、そのような声かけはありませんでした。お忙しかったのでしょうか。 紅茶もたいへん多くの種類があり、選ぶのも楽しかったです。ポットサービスで茶葉も抜いてくれていたので濃度も一定で楽しめ、細かい配慮が嬉しかったです。 出てくる料理の皿数、紅茶のポットが占める面積に比してテーブルが小さく、やや手狭でした。バーの設定なので仕方ないとは思いますが。荷物置きもあるとさらに良かったように思います。 また特別な日や自分へのご褒美として、訪れたいと思います。

    アフタヌーンティーを利用。特別感があり、自分達へのご褒美という感じでママ友と訪問した。上品でお洒落な雰囲気であったが、始まりがゆったり過ぎて、2時間限定なので最後のデザートの時間が少し慌ただしくも感じた。 コースメニューもお上品。腹７分目という感じだけど、それでちょうどよいのかも。

    TVを見て行きました。美味しかったです。が… 先ず、エレベータで17階に出てから、フロア案内の方が店の前迄連れていってくれましたが、他の方から声がかかったとたんに、そこで放置されました。「こちらに座ってお待ち下さい。店のものがご案内します」の、一言もなく。 次に、店内で５点程の提供に何点か説明なく(または不足)でしたので、説明を求めました。ご立派な内装で素敵なお店だったのに、残念です。

    有名ホテルとパテシエのコラボ企画、とても楽しみにして行きましたのにがっかりです。 予約以外のお茶を飲みに来た人も入り、とても混雑しました。 私たちのコースは途中からすっかり忘れられてしまい、新しいお皿の交換にも来てくれませんでした。 料理の説明もなく、後味の悪いものになってしまいました。 二度と利用しません。

    話題のアフタヌーンティは素晴らしかったです。 予約をしたことを入り口受付で伝え、案内されました。 席に座って15分もほったらかされ、ようやく声をかけてきてもらいましたが、予約がないから時間がかかると言われました。 予約したと伝えやっと給仕してもらえました。 アフタヌーンティの最中にスタッフの勤務時間の関係かスタッフが入れ替わると、紅茶の茶葉の入れ替えなどもスムーズにしてくださり、サービスもとてもよくなりました。 なので、サービスの当たり外れはあるようです。
