   The waitresses were great but the food and cocktails’ quality, taste, experience was poor. Above all there was a horrible and uncomfortable cold draft all night. We asked for a different table but they couldn’t help us because they were full. Knowing this I hope the management moves to improve their restaurant “steakhouse” ambience and quality by 300%. They’re located in the hotel so regardless they get the customers but I bet nobody goes there twice. Sorry!!! Fix the freezing cold draft issue because nobody likes to be cold and uncomfortable when trying to dine at a high end restaurant.

   Stuck us in the corn. It was cold and dark. Steak was ok but not in top 10. Wife’s fish and risotto was bland and cold

   Took my wife here for her birthday! Been here before and we both wanted to come back. Awesome service! Food spectacular! Love this place! We will be back!

   The Paso Robles Inn is a historic hotel with a classic old school vibe. The steakhouse was nice and quiet and the service was very good. My wife had the filet mignon, which was excellent. I , however had the rib eye steakhouse, which was very thin and hammered way beyond the hot pink center that I was hoping for with my medium order request. The steak was dry and chewy with no sign of pink anywhere to be found.

   Was a little disappointed on arrival. No one to greet us, and waited quite a while to get recognition. Young lady finally said, "We'll be right with you." and waited quite a while longer before someone finally seated us.    Our server was great. The food -not so much. One steak was ordered medium rare - it came out very rare and bland - no seasoning. And who makes au gratin potatoes spicy? There were a few other issues as well. We won't be back. We don't mind spending a ton at a restaurant (with tip it was $1000) - but there was very little value to these meals.

   We just love this restaurant. We’ve been away for too long. Joey is such an amazing waiter and love the remodel. The New York steak was the best of the best!

   We were in Scottsdale recently and dined at some of the nicest steakhouses….they may have a more expansive menu but not quality of food. The Paso Inn had a great fillet, seasoned well, cooked perfectly ! Sides were delicious. The carrot cake was moist and a perfect size to share. We’ll definitely be back .

    Very good food. Flatiron steak and Pork Chops were delicious, not to mention the tasty Crispy Brussels Sprouts!!! Excellent service and didn’t rush us.
