   This was my wife and I first experience, and it will be the last. The red snapper was very dry and lacked flavor. I had a 160z Ribeye that was very fatty, and the quality of the steak was definitely not what I would expect from a 5 star restaurant. The waitress had no personality and her menu awareness was extremely poor. I am very underwhelmed and think the ambiance needs some work!

   One of the worst restaurant experiences i have had. Brother and I ordered ribeye Pittsburgh style so medium rare center. Sister has sensitivity to spicy food so questioned the waiter extensively about pasta dish she was ordering and was told it was not spicy. When the steak came out, the entire steak was barely room temperature so we sent it back and asked to ensure that the steak was hot, but not overcooked. Second new steak was of course overcooked and sister‘s dish was so spicy. It was in edible. There were only two couples in the restaurant. And of course our meal was not served at the same time so we did not get to enjoy it together to cap it off. The bill came out and everything reflected prices that for exceeded what was on the menu – the $68 steak was over $90 etc. When we pointed it out to the waiter, he said the Super Bowl prices must still be in the system-Sometimes it comes out regular and sometimes not… not cool and something he should’ve detected before he gave us the bill. You can draw your own conclusions. Was a horrible experience and waiter made no effort to even apologize or do anything to accommodate it – other than overcharge us for the entire meal. Obviously, we won’t be eating here again.

   A steakhouse should always offer bread. IMO it’s a requirement. Some of the desserts were not available and it should be on a Saturday night

   The steaks are always high quality and cooked perfectly. The restaurant was crowded but the staff worked as a team and everything arrived hot and delicious.

   Our waitress was efficient, kind and attentive. We had the 8oz filet, it was tender and had a great taste. We are from Nebraska and felt the beef was excellent. Thank you

   The service was horrible. Took 35 minutes to get our salads and 15 minutes to get our tea glasses refilled. It wasn’t till we started asking about our food did anyone check on it. So an hour later we got our food. Food was good. Kitchen was not great. I watched people who came in after us get there food and leave.

   Very poor selection of wine. Wine list wasn't up to date as wine requested not available. Wagyu steak very fatty and not cooked to order.

   Food and service were both outstanding. Crab cake app was delish, we also had the filet which was tender, juicy and mouth watering good.

    The pork chops and the brussels sprouts were very good. I had a five thirty pm reservation. Service was hard on the waitress because of the incredible amount of people she was expected to serve that arrived later. Compared to other excellent steakhouses in the Caesar's Empire, like Harrah's Joliet, the kitchen looked rather rushed and almost out of control. It wasn't the best experience I have had there after many years of visiting. There are no restrooms connected to the steakhouse and one has to use the restrooms in the casino. Those were absolutely disgusting and I brought that to the attention of the restaurant manager. I'm not eating at the restaurant again this year. Hopefully things change next year.
