   On arrival the host accepted our reservation name took us to our table waiting for our waitress/waiter to arrive. The lady was not sure about the item we were interested in on the menu. We were left waiting for a long period of time for her to return to complete our order. The meal presentation was not appealing and not tasty way over priced not worth the price. My husband and I will not return nor recommend to visit there.

   Service and food was poor. Food was not hot. Waitress kept disappearing. No priority in delivering food to table.Part of order was never received. Other waitress brought someone else’s food to table. Restaurant was not busy, a lot of empty tables but wait staff seemed unorganized. Extremely disappointed. Birthday dinner was ruined.

   The food was amazing. Had the shrimp appetizer, wedge salad, filet mignon and twice baked potato. Our server was great even though they were a bit overwhelmed with staff issues.

   A little over priced but food was very good. Service was very slow and poor. Did not clean our plates after dinner and then brought us our dessert with a dirty table. We told them to take it back and please clean the table. Never got our coffee we ordered. Would likely not go back.

   My wife and I visited The Steakhouse at Caesars in New Orleans on Christmas Day, expecting a nice dinner, Unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing. After placing our order with the server we waited over 20 min. for our salad and another 30 min. for Entrees. My wife's steak was fine, but the twice-baked potato was poorly made, seemed like it was mashed potatoes in a potato skin, and my Red Snapper Filet was overcooked, extremely salty, and inedible. The Brussel sprouts were burnt and arrived after we had finished eating what we could.. The chocolate lava cake desert was equally disappointing, and the overall meal was not worth the $150.00. The manager was kind enough to offer a glass of wine, comp the Brussell sprouts and the Lava cake, but could do little to salvage our evening. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

   I was able to order an off menu item of the crawfish étouffée over rice as it’s usually added as a side. They said no problem and it was perfect. It was so good we ate there 2 nights and I got the same thing. Service was great and the servers are super nice and friendly. All the food was great.

   The server made us feel rushed at first we waited over 10 minutes before she came to the table with water, Yall look like you are ready We gave our order she never ask if we wanted anything to drink had to ask fir a glass of wine. No bread to which everyone else had, then she came to ask if everything is OK after my husband was finished dirty dishes sat on the table The food was excellent atmosphere was really nice

    One of the best filets we have ever eaten. Salad was generous and twice baked potato great. Awaesone restaurant!
