   The tomahawk was burnt but still was cooked to a good medium rare. First bite is straight charcoal but you can cut that off and still salvage the rest of the steak with some salt to finish it off

   Disappointed with the seafood option. Lobster tough, and not eatable, potatoes not cooked, Salmon and shrimp grilled with the steak was greasy. Side salad just lettuce. Ratings for this restaurant seem very overrated

   The steaks are the best we have found in Savannah. Cooked perfectly and delicious. Local very casual restaurant with nightly relaxed music. Nothing fancy, just great steaks!

   Great service—thank you Sam! Annie Allman’s mood music provided a perfect background for a really enjoyable meal. My rib eye was cooked exactly how I like it! It is difficult to find a reasonably priced steakhouse these days. If you have a yen for meat, this should be your first stop!

   Filet was a little tough. Some gristle. But was cooked to the right temperature. Salad was just ok. No bread. Dessert was store-bought.

   We decided to try a restaurant not in the downtown area … this was not a good option. Our waitress was super sweet, but the bartender must’ve been off bc I had a margarita that was nothing but tequila with a splash of lime juice (I had three sips and couldn’t take it). Also tried a baked lobster dish that sounded awesome but the chef left shells in it everywhere - ate maybe four bites, but I was worried about cutting my mouth. Laid shell pieces on the side dish so waitress could see how truly negligent it was, but not sure anyone cared. (I do realize that a piece of shell might happen, but this was like eating glass) Would’ve given less stars, but my husband’s steak was okay and again the waitress was sweet. We will never return and this is probably the only bad review I’ve given a restaurant since moving here. Huge disappointment.

    If you judge this place by the appearance, you will miss out on a GREAT experience. We follow a Carnivore lifestyle with a little fruit mixed in. We like our steaks cooked Pittsburgh Style medium rare. We called the restaurant the day prior to enquire about their ability to fit our needs. I spoke with Chris, the owner who believed they could. The experience was GREAT. The steaks were perfect. The shrimp add-on was excellent too. Christian, our server gave great service. Chris came and personally checked on us. This place exceeded our expectations and we WILL be back.
