I know its a new place and that's fair enough but there's no system in place at all noone seems to know what they're doing. There's definitely no experienced staff there or a good manager and that shows ... we had to keep going upto the bar to ask someone if we could order a drink .... none came then eventually someone did after asking 3 times the food came out 55 mins after ordering ... and all we got was a fish finger sarnie which was the driest thing we've ever ate ... no horseradish on the fish fingers only a few pieces of lettuce in the bun .... fries we ok ... salad on the plate ( we ordered a side of side sald) lettuce red onion and peppers the tiniest £4 side salad we've ever seen and just dumped on the side of our plate no sauce/ dressing/vinegarette... nothing it was pretty pretty bad!!!! A propper chef wouldn't send that out so it's obvious to us there isn't anyone experienced in the kitchen at all as the food was awful! Staff just walking about like headless chickens no eye contact with customers who wanted another drink or anything ... basically a terrible first impression. The place itself is nice prices are not expensive so that's a bonus but it needs a manager and someone on the floor who can delegate and read customers and know when drinks need filling etc ... I can imagine it's loosing a lot of money because of rhe food wait time .. then noone asking if u want another drink while u wait ... so u go to the bar to be told someone will come over ... for noone to come over!!!! It needs a drastic change.
