   This will rate as the most peculiar and dreadful restaurant I ever visit. I fully expect a nonsense response from the restaurant but the reality is we had a totally empty restaurant and the manager and waitress disappeared - not to be seen!? The food was ordered but nothing appeared and nothing (bread!?) was offered. Drinks arrived late and a wine bottle that was ordered wasn’t presented at the table - apparently it was opened and sitting at the reception area but a glass from it (despite ordering the bottle) was offered. Totally odd, like a fever dream so we ended up leaving (having paid) before the first course arrived. The “manager” didn’t even question it? A totally empty restaurant. A comedy sketch for the 2025’s. Dreadful service. Really quite shocking.

   Delicious food in a lovely restaurant. Service was excellent - discreet and friendly. A gem of a restaurant which I will return to.

   Enjoyed a lovely Christmas prix fixe menu (although website was not clear that the a la carte menu would not be available) Staff was friendly and gracious Charming setting

   I had a lovely lunch at The Tartine Food House Restaurant yesterday, with my Mum and my Sister. We had a super late lunch booking at 2.45pm so I couldn't properly tell you about the ambience as there was only us an one other table in the whole restaurant. But the staff were lovely and friendly, the food was delicious and the service impeccable. I would like to go back there during a regular lunch or dinner service, when I'd be able to experience the restaurant in full swing :)

   I picked this place based on reviews so I was surprised by the food being so bland. The dessert was the only good thing (small portions though). We paid for additional truffle on our pasta but have no idea what they used it tasted of nothing. Thankfully, they did take the pasta's off the bill but even then it was poor value for money. I'd have happily paid more for better, tastier food!

   Excellent birthday celebration. Quiet, romantic and excellent service. I had the salmon which was delicious. My sister had the simple pasta with pomodoro sauce which was amazing. Great wine recommendation. The honey cake and tiramisu for desert is a must! I highly recommend this restaurant.

   Really delicious, refined food in an unfussy, simple layout / set-up . Food was really good - lots of care taken and good menu. Service was a little lacklustre… a little inattentive. Needs to ‘warm up’ and pay a bit more attention to customers. But I will give it another go… they’ve only recently opened so are maybe just getting into their service stride…

    The food was fantastic. Enjoyed the beef stroganoff, a salad and lovely glass of Italian red wine. Staff were so friendly and great about suggestions. We will go back.
