   Absolutely terrible service. After an hour and a half we were advised they had forgotten our order. We were offered a free drink as an apology and immediately left. Horrible experience will never return.

   Valentines Night.. Dinner arrived 7pm and Restaurant was wall to wall tables inside and out. Obviously overbooked and way too many tables for the size of the Restaurant. We had requested an outside table. After around 15mins we finally called over a waitress to get a drink and take our order. Drinks came around 15 mins later and our entree came at around 8pm. At 8.50pm when our mains had not arrived we decided to leave. People around us were also leaving due to lack of service. Manager encouraged us to stay as our mains were being plated at this time. 5mins later our Mains were served. Mine a Steak was basically raw and sauce tasteless and my wifes chicken was burnt and not as ordered. That was it so we approached the manager and said enough is enough we cant eat the meal please give us the account. She did apologised for food and service and reduced our bill. Very disappointing night. Unfortunately the Restaurant kept accepting more people into it as others left - We were also advised that the new customers and customers inside were being served prior to those outside. Extremely poor service and food - not restaurant quality - a night ruined. The greed of the management would have lost a lot of potential ongoing clients.

   The staff were under the pump and did their utmost to to take care of all the crazy Christmas lunch patrons. Whilst it took a little while for the food to arrive, it was fresh, hot and very delicious. (We weren’t bothered by the time frame as we were enjoying our family celebrations) The value for money and menu choice was awesome, as we had some fussy eaters that don’t like Christmas fare. So being a la carte was perfect for us. We paid and thanked all the staff for their hard work and giving up their Christmas Day to serve us. When we got home we looked over our receipt and realised they had forgotten to charge us for 3 x serves of garlic bread, so I called the restaurant to pay over the phone, but bless them, they said don’t worry about it and Merry Christmas, I mean seriously how many businesses would do that? Thankyou again for your kindness and attentiveness on a crazy Christmas Day lunch service.

   The food was delicious, the best Italian food we have had in a while. Great selection and so tasty. This was our first visit and will definitely be back again.

   We visited as a party of 6 for pre Christmas catch up. It was a very hot day. We could not have asked for better service from everyone. So pleasant and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We have dined here quite a few times over the last two years as it’s a very convenient place for us all to meet. The food is always delicious, fresh, hot and so much choice. We will be back in the New Year

   The food was delicious and we had very good service. I was surprised it wasn’t as busy as it used to be at this time of year but it certainly wasn’t because of the food probably tough times for everyone.

   If you are looking for a quiet meal, this is not the place on a Friday night. Very busy and very loud, but that is the joys of having the kitchen in the restaurant. In saying that, every time I have been here, the food is fresh and cooked well! The pizza is so tasty! The staff are amazing and very attentive to their customers. That is why I keep coming back and will be back again!

   We had a wonderful experience going out for my birthday. Staff were very accommodating and helpful quick service food was beautiful. The prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be coming back
