Located in the heart of historic Genesee Depot just down the road from the famous Ten Chimneys you will find the Union House. Known for its unique menu featuring wild game fused with classic fine dining, our mission is to bring people together while creating a memorable dining experience surrounded by historic photos of the town along with Union House frequenters, Lynn Fontanne and Alfred Lunt. The menu is driven by ingredients and is constantly developing throughout the year led by award-winning Executive Chef and General Manager, Dan Harrell and Executive Sous Chef, Christian Garcia-Cortez. We feature an extensive wine, scotch and bourbon list highlighting selections from around the United States and world along with barrel-aged old fashioneds and Manhattans that include our very own hand-crafted bitters. Great server. Excellent French onion soup and house salad. Main entree (swordfish) over done, not enough to send it back, but enough to limit the enjoyment. Same with dining partner's beef entree.

One of our Favorite places to enjoy fine dining in a very comfortable and unique atmosphere. We enjoyed the Swordfish Special and Filet Mignon - both delicious! A very nice Wine Selection was appreciated as well. Thanks to all for the wonderful Service - Bethani, our Server & Anna at the Bar is always so friendly. Everyone was so welcoming & professional. 100% recommend!

The food was outstanding. We were very impressed with all of our dishes. Our only complaint is that our water glasses were often empty.

The Union House is always an amazing experience. Last night our server Daria was so sweet and attentive. Now the food, I can’t put words together to explain how wonderful it was. This seasons menu is superb! We had the wild boar meatballs, OMG, I was speechless and I know I will be back for those again and again before the menu changes. For the entree I had the scallops, while my other half had the wild game feature of elk over minestrone, with the broccolini and creamed spinach as sides. Phenomenal! My scallops were like a party in my mouth with every bite, I didn’t want to stop the party! A thousand kudos to the chef!!

Food was excellent as always, a few new items on the menu since our last visit to keep things interesting. And Adeline was amazing, great friendly, and helpful service. We’ll keep coming back every chance we get.
