The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier Bourbon is a unique entertainment space featuring American cuisine centered around a wood-fired grill, innovative craft cocktails, and bourbon education.

This 16,000 sq. ft restaurant bar and event space is influenced by the Horse Soldier Bourbon team’s historic background and favorite destinations including Kentucky, Montana, Wyoming, Canada, Scotland, and more.

The leather sofas, wood-burning fireplaces, copper stills, and vast bourbon “library” will transport you.

Dress Code:
The official dress code for The Urban Stillhouse is “smart casual”. Gym clothes, beach attire including flip flops, clothing with holes, non-dressy tank tops and ball caps are not appropriate for the elevated experience our patrons have come to expect from us.

The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier is versatile; designed with creativity and customization in mind. We want your event or special day to be perfect. Our 16,000 square-foot facility features three private dining rooms, an outdoor patio, three bars, a large upstairs space, “the library”, as well as the main dining floor. Book the building as a whole or design your event a-la-carte utilizing one or some of the various space options. Our state-of-the-art kitchen can accommodate any catering size and cuisine, as well, our full-service bars allow for creative mixology specific to your event. Most importantly, our professional event team cares about your group’s experience as much as you do and will strive for perfection.

The experience was great. Trying bison for the first time and it was super good here. The lamb chops my girlfriend had were also amazing. Duck confit was my favorite appetizer! I never had duck and it was like an explosion of flavor! The server was great as she helped us out! I would come back 10/10. Would recommend to my friends and family.

The Wagyu short ribs were dry and reminded me of overdone pot roast. A step below those served on first class flight. Bison was nice with the smokyness. All of the starters and appetizers were phenomenal. The sauces were extra salty, rich, and thick left on too long. The ambience and starters made up for it. This was my second attempt at liking the food here. They need a chef in the kitchen.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary and will go back next year! The food and service was amazing . My steak was cooked exactly as requested. The short rib was tender and delicious. The presentation of the food and drinks are exceptional.

We stopped by The Urban Stillhouse on our way back to Miami after a fantastic glamping trip to the Manatee Clear River. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t match the restaurant’s promising reputation. The service was disorganized, with waitstaff seemingly unsure of their table assignments. After placing our order, we waited over 50 minutes for our food. While the manager apologized and offered a complimentary dessert, my Wood-Fired Wagyu Burger—with Pimento Cheese, Bibb Lettuce, and Heirloom Tomatoes—arrived with frozen toppings. To add to the disappointment, when we ordered cappuccinos, they were served without spoons, and when we requested them, we were brought soup spoons instead of tablespoons. Small details like these matter, especially when the restaurant positions itself as a premium dining experience. I hope the team steps up its service to align with the elevated dining atmosphere it aims to provide.

Wonderful ambience, comfortable chairs. Impeccable service. Bison filet - delicious and tender Lamb chops - perfectly done Veal meatballs - delicious Chicken liver pate on toast points - outstanding It is a bit loud due to its open concept, but definitely worth it.
