   Our server Savannah was fantastic the food was great the broccolini was incredible the mashed potatoes were awesome and a steak was cooked to perfection the dessert was fantastic we look forward to eating there again

   Our new favorite place!!! Our waiter, Francisco, was so amazing. We were celebrating a birthday, and had a food allergy in our party. He made sure everyone felt welcomed and went out of his way to ensure that there were options for our allergy guest. My daughter, who was celebrating her birthday was pleasantly surprised to receive not only a personalized card, but also a super cute Swiftie mug. The whole staff was friendly and professional. The food was amazing. Do not miss the hush puppy appetizers and the wings. Both were delicious. We enjoyed beef Wellington, that was perfectly cooked and seasoned, duck cassoulet that was hearty and warm, and flat iron steak that was again cooked to the perfect temperature. The desserts were awesome. Black Forest cake, and the persimmon cake with house-made ice cream were the ones we tried. The next time we come, we’ll try the others. Both desserts were generous in serving sizes and very flavorful. We really enjoyed everything the Vandiver had to offer.

   Service was very friendly. It will not take that away from them but extremely unorganized. We ordered appetizers, soup, salad, and dinner. Everything came out at the same time (appetizers, soup and dinners ) we told waiter that we never received our salad and he said it was coming, but dinner was already served???? The order of food did not come out correctly. For a 350$ meal I expected better. This was our second time there first time jalapeño hush puppies came out raw, but the prime rib for two was good. Service wasn’t also as great. They need to do a little fine-tuning, but the food was good.

   Our food was excellent! Nice crowd for Christmas Day that appeared to be having a great time! We have two sons that came from out of town from a much larger city and they were very impressed with the quality and quality of food that was served for a fairly reasonable price.

   Fabulous, elegant but casual atmosphere. Tanner and Jeff are outstanding bartenders! We ordered the prime rib but only had the 24 oz. that night so my sister and I waded in but had to take much home! Would have loved a horseradish sauce for it. The mashed potatoes were excellent! Wish we had room for the coconut cake! Since we live here you know we will be back again and frequently!

   Ambiance was great, seated quickly and cozy booth. Celebrating our anniversary and they gave us a nice card...nice touch. Server was nice but did not have it together and made our experience a bit sour. Forgot to put in one of our side orders and never replenished drinks. He did comp the side but really would have loved with our meal. For the price, service should be spot on. Maybe more training?? Will try again as our food was good but service really sets the tone for me.

    Could not have celebrated Christmas Eve any better. Our first time at The Vandiver and everything was right on. Our waitress, Alex(andra), was incredibly superb. The meal was exquisite, from appetizers to desserts. Can't wait to return.
