The old German bank building with a beautiful ambience and welcoming atmosphere is sure to be the go to place for the downtown Main Street area. We chose the Vault for a pre symphony dinner based on our prior experience and we were not disappointed. We were seated promptly and our server London was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We explained that we were going to the Symphony and she expedited our order but we were not rushed. My wife’s salmon and my bluegill fillets were perfectly cooked. We are sure to return.

Most of the food was good to very good. A steak ordered medium rare was way too done - more like well done. Steak is too expensive to not have it prepared properly. $10 was deducted, but would rather have a steak prepared properly. Drinks from the bar were very slow. Waitress was very pleasant and provided good service.

It was just OK the prime rib sandwich was recommended but not much flavor needs more horseradish sauce! Nice to try it won’t go back
