   The staff was very welcoming and made the entire experience very enjoyable. We had a very generous waiter who made sure to meet our needs and was very friendly. You could feel the history in the building and the food was exquisite. We loved the carrot soup, beet and orange salad, halibut, chocolate soufflé, and creamsicle tart.

   Everything was excellent. This was my favorite meal of a highly food-centered vacation in the area. No dish was too heavy but we all left extremely satisfied. I ordered the beet salad, halibut, and cheese board and enjoyed the light, fresh flavors that were well balanced in each dish. I didn’t know still water costs money, though.

   I've eaten at VP many times. this was the first time where the food was underwhelming. My game hen entree looked like strips of chicken tenders and was very dry. My chocolate dessert - can't remember what it was called - was also not very good. Very surprised.

   Such an awesome experience! I can absolutely see why The Village Pub retains its Michelin Star! Such a fine dining experience, without being stuffy. We went here for a date night and started with drinks. Both were great. The canapés and the bread were amazing as well. We had the carrot soup and the ravatolli. I loved both of them. The ricotta in the soup was an excellent touch. For entrees we had lobster and the steak. My steak was delicious and the lobster was a hit. Smaller portion on the steak, but it was complimented with potato and greens. For dessert, we enjoyed the hazelnut mouse and the beignets. We were trying to choose between those and the Orange creamsicle and talked about how we used to eat them as kids. To our surprise, the server brought out all three. Overall an awesome experience and great food. Would highly recommend The Village Pub. I rarely write reviews on here, but wanted to commend the staff and the chefs!

    We had a wonderful experience at Village Pub celebrating my dad’s birthday. The spring menu was light and delicious (we had both seafood and steak) and the service was impeccable. The sommelier was knowledgeable and recommended nice wines to complement the experience.
